I have asked this question several times on various internet platforms and never got an answer…. Question: Do the owners of various media have immunity of treason because of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution?
So, I had to find out myself…. here are my conclusions from my research:
“First Amendment to the Constitution
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” (US Constitution)
The meaning of ABRIDGE is to shorten by omission of words without sacrifice of sense : condense.
Propaganda is the organized dissemination of information, ideas, or opinions, often biased or misleading, aimed at influencing public opinion or promoting a particular agenda. It can be conveyed through various media and is typically characterized by its intent to manipulate rather than inform.
Propaganda is the abridging of the press, by omission.
Propaganda is not supported by the first amendment.
Propaganda is a tool for insurrection.
Insurrection is an organized attempt by a group of people (media) to defeat their government and take control of their country. (Cambridge.org)
Therefore, my question is answered.
Have you ever wondered what unbiased journalism truly is? It is not a suppression of information, which is propaganda. It is the exposure of information with receipts. A receipt is, including but not limited to, any established law, printed articles, emails, and videos.
It is fairly simple to have a fair unbiased perspective currently on the internet. Here are my opinions:
1. If you are feeling emotional, clear your thoughts. Think of something comforting. The best emotion is no emotion.
2. Believe half of what you read and nothing of what you hear is an old saying but now it’s half of what you hear also. Clear your mind….Dig…find out.
3. Get educated. If you come across a word you don’t understand, google it.
4. Get involved…. Seek the truth in all things considered.
5. Get both sides of every debate.
6. Search ALL the news outlets and podcasts you can and look for “misinformation / dis-information” which is a precursor for censorship, which, is propaganda.
